All effects pedals etc... are fully tested and inspected before adding to our stock to ensure our customers are receiving the quality product that they deserve and expect from Blackjack's. Used equipment offered by Blackjack's is inspected and tested a second time before it is shipped out to our customers. we understand things happen in shipping if you ever receive a non-working product from Blackjack's contact us right away, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We do not accept returns simply because you don't like how it sounds. If you have an issue with your new gear we will help you with the warranty process according to the specific builders' procedures. Blackjack's represents some of the best builders in the industry with warranties backing up their products.
